This is what happens when little boys hang out with older kids. you need to watch your mouth around him, he's obviously very intelligent and capable of manipulation. But at his core he seems like a really good kid. I work with kids, you usually don't start to see this type of humor until they are older. Also, I have to ask how old are you? You follow his advice, you act like he's your elder. Then you wonder why he doesn't respect you when you say no? It's good that he's comfortable around you but at the same time you're the adult and you just have to get a little more stern and let him know no means no. Also, again watch your mouth around him.
