Question by berrytrain: Why did they cut the funniest line from “Good Will Hunting”?
I recently saw this movie on the Indie channel. There is that scene when Will is interviewing with
various potential therapists. In one such interview, he asks the therapist, so when did you figure it out?
Figure what out, the therapists asks? And Will says something derogatory about the therapist’s gay sexuality. It was an hilarious scene. I was looking forward to it, but they edited it out!!!!

If you want to sample it, none.

If you’re quoting it, keep it at a line.

Did the Wal Mart in your area pull the guns and ammo from their shelves?

How do you feel about it? I live in a rural area where hunting is a big deal and now the local WM store has pulled the guns and ammo, saying they were not making money. It is always one of the busiest department where I shop, especially around hunting season. I think they bowed to pressure.
Please, to “a_person”, if you are going to try and argue about hunting at least learn how to spell correctly.

Does inaccuracy in a science fiction movie or book take away from your enjoyment of it?

“The Day After Tomorrow” was a film that I had wanted to see for quite a while after it was released. Upon viewing it, I was intrigued by some of the science, but put off by what I saw as impossibilities… instantaneous freezing of the atmosphere and physical surfaces, for instance. What were the odds that fella found his son alive anyway? Suffice to say, I enjoyed the film less than I would have otherwise if i thought the science in it was sound.

On the other hand, the possibility that a disease could mutate mankind along the plot lines of the Will Smith movie “I Am Legend ” seemed very plausible to me, and I found the film all the scarier because in my mind, I could imagine it taking place in the not too distant future. Excellent film, by the way.

Maybe you don’t care for science fiction, but prefer historical or period movies or books instead. Do gross inaccuracies in the facts presented put you off to the work as a whole? A good example of a well-done historical piece in my eyes is “Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee”, a bad one “The Hunt for Red October”. My opinions only!

How does a perceived inaccuracy in a film based on a given premise affect your ability to enjoy it? Can you overlook what faults you find, and take the plot and characters at face value? Or if you find one or two incongruities, do you search for more and enjoy yourself less?

Friend of mine just got back from Afghanistan. What do you think of his experience?

He was out on patrol clearing land mines when a kid comes out with a sniper rifle and a crowd of other kids dancing around him. The kid is fooling around, trying to freak out the soldiers. This kid was a wannabee shahid. If the soldiers shoot, they look like the bad guy for shooting at kids.
What kind of game is this?

How do I keep these see-through geckos from entering my apartment!? ?

They normally hang out outside my door under the porch light and now they’ve been coming in sitting on my ceiling! My dachshund is a trained hunting dog and normally eliminates them on command, but he’s too short to reach the ceiling! I normally just use the broom to shoo it to run toward Thomas so he can reach it. I would rather catch and release them but they’re scary and hideous and fast and I have a phobia that if I tried that they’d end up crawling into my bra or something so I resort to allowing Thomas Earl ( my dachshund ) handle them. How do I just keep them from coming in in the first place? I’m so freaked out I can’t sleep I don’t want them in my bed !

Is there a way to get from Penn State U Park to the Lewistown Amtrak station or Philadelphia?

I’m on the college hunt right now and at the moment my top choice is Penn State Main Campus. I live in Philadelphia and I need a way to get home on the holidays should I get accepted there. I looked on the Amtrak website and it says there is a station in nearby Lewistown, about 20 miles away. I probably can’t bring my car on campus, so is there any transportation authority to get to and from either the Amtrak station or the city itself?

P.s. If your going to take out my bowling ally for your basketball court, that’s cool. I’ll go to Sara’s house with Dick and go hunting.

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received this story from a friend. Let me call him Aidan. Go to the homepage to see more stories.
Miss,

Even I’ve been bitten :( .
7 days back I registered in a matrimony website.Some1 called Mary Randall contacted me the same day and showed interest in me. Next mail she sent her photographs and after that she sent a mail advising me to come over to US under AAWPEP programme ( Anglo-American World Poverty Eradication programme). On the parallel, I’ve been hunting corners of internet trying to find a lead on AAWPEP or anything as such. I checked list of UN funded NGOs/programmes, the email profiles..etc but found nothing. search based on “un emergency travelling certificates” got me to 419.bittenus.com website where got to read the story under EAGEAP…

As of now, I sent my photographs, sent a fax and got the brochure that i’ve attached…

I’m thankful to your website to have reached the truth

regards
Aidan

Hello my dearest ,
Thanks very much for your reply. What a romantic, exciting moment it was when I received your mail. It may not have been filled with the most erotic or sexy note expressions but it was just what i needed) It was the tonic i was waiting for…..oh t hanks for that. You never know what it means to write to someone and then get a reply for your effort.I am not concerned about your nationality, race, age and religion. Love has not language “Love is a symbol of eternity that wipes away all sense of time,

but love to some extent protects you from age

Well I am a happy woman who enjoys life in all its forms. I have a very fulfilling job where I work with amazing people each day. I have a family I adore and who reminds me each time I see them how great life can be. I surround myself with a great group of positive thinking friends who would do anything for me, and I would do anything for them in return. I enjoy being in a crowd at times, but I enjoy spending time with only a few people as well. I love to travel and see new places, so I try to travel as much as I can especially on official duties. I have learned to take life as it happens as I remember everything happens for a reason.
My hobbies are reading, watching movies, swimming, listening to music and traveling.

My instincts tells me you have all this qualities in you,you are welcome to my world and I will be expecting more of your mails.I will send you my photograph in my next mail.I am hoping to hear from you.
