I thought it was the best book in the series so far. i like stark i think he’s good. I can’t wait for the next book (Tempted)

Am I in a good position to buy a house?
I am on the house hunt in VA and have been pre-approved for a mortgage that more than suits what I want to borrow. I make 38k a year, have paid off all my debt except student loans (which are deferred another year), have 5k saved for a down payment, 1.5k saved for emergencies, and credit is decent (just above 700). I put an offer on a house for 120k, seller pays 5k in closing costs.
I make a little over 1k every two weeks, after maxing out the company match on my 401k and paying company health insurance benefits. If I buy in time for the 8k tax credit, I will spend a chunk to pay off part of my student loans, and save the other portion in my car fund and emergency fund. I’m 22 and still attending college, almost done.
What do yall think, am I in a good position to buy?
I am also eligible for 10k in grant money from the mortgage lender, but I think the funding will run out by the time I go under contract, so I’m not banking on those funds.
It is possible for me to save up 5k to 10k more before closing on the house. I am a computer programmer and I occasionally do freelance work on the side from my regular income.
Why do you think when you ask young women nowadays whether they know how to cook or do they clean the house ?
it became a sensitive question, they would interpret it as insult.Women that are born before 1970 would say oh yes as a working mother i love to cook for my family, i want them to have a good and healthy meal.At the same time I do the house work, I consider my self as multitasking woman a Super Woman.I totally salute and respect this kind of women not those like Paris Hilton.
Then the ladies will surely ask what about the men,what do they do. The answer would be the men will go fishing to catch a fish and bring home a fresh fish or the men will go to jungle and hunt for wild boar, deer and etc, and on top of that sharing his wife burden.Not forgetting giving his wife money
Women use to be good in multitasking i would say women lead men by 3-0. But unfortunately in this melenium it seems that it has been a diffrent ball of game men lead by 10-0 in terms of multitasking. What happen to girl power nowadays.

How to do a thorough ‘investigation’ of my house…?
Is there any way, without having to go out and buy any ghost hunting equipment, to fully prove there is a ghost in my house? If so, what can I do? I’m only 15 and I know there’s at least 5 ghosts in my house, one of them being kinda mean, but I want to prove to my mom that I’m not paranoid. What all can I do? Please help.
If I dress up as a deer and get shot by someone in the woods behind my house, can I sue them for millions?

So my parents are kicking me out.
I’ve decided on the college I want to attend and found a city close by that would suit my living accommodations perfectly, and as a plus I have several roommate options should I move to this city.
I’ve been driving back and forth looking for a job and checking out apartments, so far things have been going good. I know of several places that are hiring and I’m eager to apply to these places so I can get this show on the road.
But. My parents took away my truck and my cell phone and told me get a job and get out.
I’m not sure what my parents are thinking. I thought I was doing pretty well for myself. I payed for my gas and food when I went job hunting and was positive I could have had a job by this week.
So how am I supposed to drive to the city, get a job, and drive back daily if my parents have taken my vehicle? I’m not sure of their logic behind reprimanding me but I know arguing with them is pointless.
BTW: Car-pooling is out of the question, by ALL means. Me getting my vehicle taken away has nothing to do with my driving skills either…
I am 19. I bought the truck myself with my own money. They’ve payed the insurance on it for a few months because I was laid off from my last job. The cell phone I bought myself and have the contract in my name, which I pay. I live at my parents house so they decide when to take my shit and I have no say.
I was kicked out because my parents found an old grinder I used to use in my truck. I was planning on selling it to a buddy because I needed gas money.
Help! what can I do to stop lizards from getting inside my house?
I finally got an apartment after I moved out of my parents, I’ve lived here for 2 years and every now and then lizards get in! At first it was pink salamader looking things, then it was a small black one and just now was like a spoted gecko thing, the problem is I have herpetophobia, I can’t stand the sight of lizards after I see one even after it’s gone I have to look at the floor and feel like if I have to make a small circle around my legs when I walk. I can’t stand the sight of it, I saw one just now (the spotted one) I have myopia so I can’t see very well from 3 meters and further, especially at night so I just looked at it, then when it moved I screamed for the whole time throughout my show until the lizards left out the door that I opened slightly. I don’t know where they’re coming from, all my windows etc. were closed, and since I don’t know where they come from I’m terrified they might leave eggs or something. I can’t move, because I specifically got this apartment because it’s close to my college.
What’s the fastest way to get rid of them? Cheapest wouldn’t be a bad suggestion too.
Exterminator? Have someone finf holes in the walls or something? A cat that can hunt it down?
So how do i figure out if there is a Ghost in my house?
I want to go Ghost hunting is there any haunted places out there i am talking about really haunted.
