Wargames 2: The Dead Code

In case you havent seen Wargames 2

20 years ago, W.O.P.R. was the best military technology computer on earth. It ran the Defense department in every way. However it had a bad side. Its simulations were taken real when added by a human. It took a game player and the creator of the computer to stop it from launching a nuclear war.

W.O.P.R. is gone, made into a power station control system.

RIPLY is the new system.

She does simulations of war, but in a new way. She gets terrorists and possible terrorists into her game system and once their in, she links her system to their lives.

When a young hacker discovers “The Dead Code” and thinks its just a game of a attack on Philidelphia, he gets Riply’s attention.

When questions arise of the kids family and friends (some are bad guys) he becomes the target of a man hunt.

Meanwhile as more questions arise, Riply sees a terrorist threat in Philidelphia and will eventually threaten to nuke it.

the kid must join forces with Professor Falken (original creator of WOPR) and Joshua (WOPR) to stop RIPLY in a nuclear simulation.

funny thing is that Eagle eye play s out all most the same way

you’d have to rent Wargames 2

its not coming to theatres.

    6. l’ve watched movies with the same storyline as Eagle Eye. The one you mentioned probably started it off.

    Seems like Steven Spielberg likes to copy scripts from the classics. He got sued for “copying” Rear Window by making it Disturbia.
